Webinar Summary:  With each new season, we adjust to changes in the weather, our activities, our routines, and the way we spend our time. Other seasons of life bring changes that are far more profound—especially after the death of someone we love. Adapting to life after a line-of-duty death does not mean leaving your loved one behind. It means gradually learning how to live within a life that has been deeply changed. In this session, we will explore what it means to adapt, why change can be so painful, and gentle, practical ways to navigate each new season of grief and life.
